Everything went smooth. The crew members were polite and worked like a well trained army. Completed the job in one day.

We recently had our roof replaced by Desert Storm Roofers. They not only were knowledgeable in the process of dealing with insurance & the mortgage company but the final result was excellent!! Our roof looks great. They were also understanding to our needs and schedule.

I knew I was going to need a roof replacement, at some point in time, as the house I moved into two years ago had a roof that was 21/22 years old. As a result, I was not looking forward to this daunting task until one day I was speaking with one of my co-workers, who recently had his roof replaced, shared his positive customer experience that he had with Desert Storm Roofing.

Therefore, I took the plunge and contacted them. I was totally in shock as I received a response from the owner – James, within the same afternoon, which now a days, that timely response is pretty much unheard of.

Due to my schedule, I met Desert Storm Representative – Dmitri a couple of days later who was an awesome “quarterback” with my insurance company, as I had never filed an insurance claim. Dmitri, myself, and the insurance company adjuster all worked together regarding my roof replacement. I could not believe what was happening as the process was pretty seamless.

Then, I had a decision to make regarding whether to re-install new shingles or having a pro-panel (metal) roof. Dmitri was very patient with me as I needed a few days to decide. Final result: Pro-Panel.

The day of the roof installation, the owner - James, Dmitri, Jessie, and Jose were so professional and amazing when interacting with them, as they kept in constant communication with me. In addition, their customer service was outstanding, which I cannot remember the last time a company has demonstrated that.

Furthermore, I was extremely impressed that the owner - James placed a porta potty, on my property, for his employees to have access to a facility, which illustrated that not only does James care about his clients but he cares about his employees too in maintaining a sanitary environment.

I was very satisfied with Desert Storm roofing. I have 110-year-old house downtown and they took very good care of my home while installing the new roof. Dmitri Almanzar the field Inspector, was great to work with. He was very professional and able to answer all my questions. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I hired James after reading great reviews from Next Door, and I'm extremely pleased with his work, his professionalism, and his terrific personality. He answered the phone right away, arranged for a same-day inspection, showed up on time, and did a thorough inspection of my roof, taking several photographs to show me what was up and what needed to get done. He fit me into his schedule a day later and did the job while I was working, finishing in just a few hours. His inspection revealed things I didn't know about, and he went out of his way to clamp, seal, and paint numerous gaps that had occurred over the last 20 odd years since I put the roof on. Aside from being polite and professional (and bonded and insured), he's a genuinely nice, pleasant individual. I definitely recommend James Pacheco and Desert Storm Roofing!
